In all seriousness, I actually do drink the green smoothie every morning (minus the toothpaste and parmesan). And my youngest Isaac is almost three months so he cant have any yet but when he can I hope he loves it. Dairy does not combine well with fruit and will cause fermentation, yeast, digestive issues, and will not aid in weight loss. How do I keep my sugar from dropping too low while juice fasting. This is so easy to make that I know when I go back to school in January, I will be able to continue. I add some ground flaxseed to mine and it seriously keeps hunger at bay for 4-5 hrs.
